Cooperation: India & Greece

The first in a series of pieces exploring fables from different cultures with the same moral theme. The theme of this one is Cooperation, with the left illustration depicting a story from the Indian Jataka Tales titled, “The Hunter & The Doves.” The left illustration is from the familiar Greek Aesop collection and is titled, “The Dove & The Ant.” Illustrations are stenciled and painted in gouache, with a chalk pastel background, line work is screen printed.
